Ice fishing is one winter sport that I love to do. I am always out on the lake trying my best not to let the cold get me.I go ice fishing with my family and my friends, and always have a blast. Some times we take the fish fryer out on the ice and eat the fish that we just caught. We usually take our fish shanty, but we never sit in it. We are always catching fish, I think it is because I am a fish magnet. When ever I go, I always catch fish.

My personal best is a 39" northern pike. I caught it while fishing with my dad, two of my brothers, and my friend. It was so big, that it almost didn't fit through the hole in the ice. My dad had to stick his hand through the hole, and grab the fish by its head. Catching that fish made me really happy. That fish was bigger that any fish my dad had ever caught, he was jealous.

Ice fishing is a great winter sport to have fun, get out of the house, meet new people, and just to have a good time.
