In class, we used Macromedia Fireworks and also Macromedia Flash to create multimedia for this page. Fireworks is the first program that we used to create animated graphics. Fireworks make it really easy to do whatever you want to do for your animated graphics. Flash, in my opinion, is a better program. It gives you more choices and more of a variety to animate the graphic.

Animated GIF:

Animated graphics are fun. You get to use your imagination and make the graphic move and change however you want it to. You have a library, which hold you basic objects for the graphic, and you change frames and change the objects from the library to make the graphic animated.

Flash Commercial:

Flash is a really cool program. You really have a lot of options with the program. Flash is a lot easier than using Fireworks. With Flash, you can put the graphic that you want animated in the timeline, insert a motion tween, and insert a keyframe and make the graphic change from the first frame to the last frame, however you want it. This is a shop class commercial that i made as a project in class.
